For Those Who Fancy Coloring Books...

... And lots of people do, here's a new one for you.

Well, it's not really a coloring book but another big picture.  ;)

Sadly, Blogger is having a terrible problem and I can't even upload the pictures I took.  :(  Once everything is fixed, I'll edit this post and put in the pictures!

~UPDATE!~

I copied the image location from somewhere else where I put up the picture, so that works!
Tada!  Isn't it pretty??
With my new strategy, I should be able to continue my comic series, but who knows...

Just a test...

I'm just testing out to see if I can post pictures that I already posted on my blog.  ;)

New ABBA The Museum Commercial!

I just love the way they had the real ABBA members record their voice over! :D

14,000 already?!?

Oh my, I just noticed that I now have 14,000 views.  o.O  Thanks everyone for visiting!  Because of this weird problem with blogger, I can't upload a picture for a celebration like I do all the time, but I'll post one once everything is fixed.  ;)

Another BIG Drawing

Remember that big drawing I drew a few months ago and uploaded a picture of?  Well, I'm currently working on another one.  All I need to do now is color it in and then I can take a picture and upload it!  Stay tuned for it.  ;)

More Behind the Scenes with Agnetha

I guess this is Agnetha's way of interacting with fans. ;)

Benny Thursday #8

What sounds better, Tommy Korberg singing "Cadillac" or Svenne singing "Cadillac"?

Happy 68th Birthday, Bjorn!

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you!  Happy birthday, dear Bjorn!  Happy birthday to you! ^_^

Behind the Scenes with Agnetha!

So that's what it's like in the recording studio...  ;)

R.I.P E.L. Konigsburg

E.L. Konigsburg, author of "The Mixed Up Files Of  Basil E. Frankweiler" and many other books, passed away at age 83 on Friday.

When I read "The Mixed Up Files...", I enjoyed it a lot.  I haven't read any of her other books, but I'm sure that they are good, too!

Rest in piece, E.L Konigsburg.  :(

"I Was A Flower" available from Amazon

You can now download "I Was A Flower" from Amazon.  Awesome!  You can also listen to the sample.  :)

ABBA You Can Dance - Why can't it be about ABBA's Dances?

I was just thinking about that Wii game "You Can Dance" that came out last year.  I have seen videos of people playing it and I have to say that it really doesn't have anything to do with ABBA.

First off, all you do is dance weird dances to ABBA's songs.  When I first heard of the game, I thought it would actually teach you how to dance like ABBA, for example, the dance sequence at the end of "So Long".

Sadly, you don't even learn how to dance like ABBA.  You can't even learn how to dance like that  <--

Instead, you dance like this -->

So, I've decided that there is no way that I'll be getting "You Can Dance".  ^_^

For Hello Kitty and ABBA Fans

Just a little bit of photo editing...  :)

Benny Thursday #7

A nice ABBA picture

Just a nice ABBA picture from 1978.

New ABBA Drawings

I've been drawing a lot of pictures lately and I finally scanned them in.  :)  Unfortunately, the scanner made my pictures come out kind of ugly.  :(

The lips on my pictures are now coming out even better than before!  Like as I said before, the scanner is making my pictures look ugly.  Look at Agnetha's skin!  o.O

Since this picture is black and white, the scanner didn't ruin it.  :)

This is another example of the scanner ruining my pictures.  It doesn't look so bad, though.

The scanner didn't do too much to this one.  :)

This is the result of a bad scanner and me not paying too much attention on Frida.  I think Agnetha looks okay, but everything else came out badly.  :P

This picture came out perfect!

I especially like this one!  :D

I remember trying to draw this picture last year and failing.  Now that I'm better at drawing, it came out perfectly!

Here's another picture from this year.  :)

I think I drew Bjorn a little funny...

This picture looks a lot better in real life.  Like I said, the scanner is ruining my pictures.  *sigh*

This picture came out fine!  I think this will be one of my favorites.

I tried drawing this maybe last year and it didn't come out too good.

This is one of my favorites, but the scanner ruined this picture too.  :(

I love his profile view!  This was from back in 60s.  Sadly, I don't remember the date.  :)

And finally, a drawing of none other than Princess Leia.  Just because I'm an ABBA fan doesn't mean I can't be a Star Wars fan.  ;)
Those are all the drawings I've got so far.  I'm working on more, so for all the Benny fans who are sad that there are no drawings of Benny in here, I'm going to try to draw some good Benny pictures.  :)

I've been doing a lot of other things currently, like reading books, so I haven't been posting too much.

Anyway, stay tuned for more drawings!  :D

Agnetha Thanks Her Fans

Went to by me a paper at the local news stand..

...  but then I found all this news from the fanclub!

"ABBA The Museum - Autographed Ticket

We received a very nice ticket signed by all four ABBA members from Mattias Hansson, the CEO of ABBA The Museum. He gave it to us so we can auction it off to make some extra money for our Fan Club. Altogether, there are only 20 tickets like this one (valid on any day from the 7th May onwards), which can be yours. We will also auction off a rare ABBA The Museum T-shirt (specially made for the commercial they have produced). The auctions are starting today on eBay: ticket and t-shirt.

A New Bong by Benny & Björn

Benny, Björn and DJ Avicii are writing a new song for the Eurovision Song Contest. We Write The Story is going to be the theme song for this year's contest in Malmö.

Benny and Ludvig Work Together on Film

Benny and his son, Ludvig, are involved with a new film project called Cirkeln [Circle]. It is based on a book by Mats Strandbergs och Sara Bergmark. Today's Dagens Nyheter includes an article on the project."  -- Official ABBA Fan Club

My Store!

I've created for myself my own store using Zazzle.  I've drawn cartoon-style artwork to sell on mugs, shirts, etc.  You can see some of my products on the sidebar to the right. -->

  Visit ABBAFan's Designs!  :D

3 out of 4 ABBA Members at Museum Opening!

Hooray!  Frida, Benny, and Bjorn will be at the "ABBA Museum" opening.  There would have been an ABBA reunion this year if Agnetha wasn't going to London for promotion.  I'm not upset at all since someday ABBA will (hopefully) get back together again.  ^_^

  Read more here.  :D

New Frida Pic!

She looks pretty good for a 67 year old!  ;)
Just last year, her hair was blond.  Now it's brown?!?  :P  I don't blame Frida, she likes having different colored hair at different times.

ABBA The Photo Album - Coming 2014

There's going to be a new ABBA book coming next year.  Here's what ABBAsite has written about it:

"We are delighted to announce the production of the first major official photographic book on ABBA. This 400-page book will feature iconic images of the band, unseen shots by leading professional photographers of the era, as well as a selection of private pictures. The title is ABBA – THE PHOTO ALBUM.

Agnetha, Björn, Benny and Anni-Frid are contributing with their foreword and providing comments and personal insights to accompany the 500 classic, rare and previously unseen images in the book that document the complete story of the band.

The book’s images will document the early years, the formation and rise in popularity of the group, the international breakthrough performance at the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest in Brighton and subsequent global superstardom. The book will also feature photographs that provide insight into the four band members’ subsequent careers, including the international success of the musicals Chess and Mamma Mia.

We have chosen to work with Max Ström, one of Europes finest illustrated publishers, to produce the book. The book will be created by the award-winning picture editor Bengt Wanselius and the text is written by Petter Karlsson, one of Sweden’s most talented writers. They have so far gone through more than 20,000 pictures to find the best for the book!

ABBA The Photo Album will be published in April 2014, marking precisely 40 years to the month since the band’s international career was launched by its winning performance of Waterloo at the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest."

Benny Thursday #6

  Here is another Benny Thursday.

Which do you think is better, the BAO singing "Why Did It Have To Be Me?"  or ABBA singing "Why Did It Have To Be Me?"?

More ABBA Doll Pictures

Hello everyone!  I was finally able to take pictures of my newest doll costumes!  I decided to make ABBA's 1977 Tour costumes.  :)

My dolls wearing those big cape-like-thingies from the opening of their concert.

Same picture, just at a different angle.

Benny Anderdoll

I don't know what happened, but Frida Dollstad's hair looks really good.

Agnetha Dollskog just looks so cute on this picture!

Bjorn Uldollus - I need to find a way to get rid of that banana stain on his left cheek!  >:(

ABBA without their capes.

Same picture from a different angle.

I made Agnetha's outfit very lose so that no one would say anything about her behind.  I bet Owe Sandstrom would hate it...

This is my custom-made ABBA T-Shirt.  This is the front,

And this is the back.
