Benny Thursday #13

Last week I did a video about Frida and Benny, this time I'm doing my video about them! :)

New Channel Look

  For everybody who loves it, congratulations to me!  I just updated to the new YouTubeOne look!  For everybody who hates it, I'm very sorry but I had no choice but to switch to the new YouTube One look. I actually hate it but I decided I'd better get used to it.  It's going to be really hard to except the change, but I think this is the best thing to do.

"Dance Your Pain Away" single onthe 28th

  Agnetha's new single for "Dance Your Pain Away" will be released on the 28th of May!  Along with the regular track will be two dance mixes.  o.O  I personally didn't like the mixes for "When You Really Loved Someone", so I don't think I'll be liking these ones.

"Eagle V.2" Sneak Peek

  I'm sure everyone knows that I hate the Beatles, but I've got one thing to say about them:  They sing a lot better than Bjorn Skifs.  :P



This is the same TV Show (I Think) where Karin Glenmark performed "Utan Dej Mitt Liv Går Vidare", a song written by Agnetha in the 60s.

What is ABBAFan456 working on?

  I'm sure my viewers are all wondering why I haven't been doing much this week.  Well, I've been collecting pictures of Agnetha, mostly from this year, so that I can work on a collage.

  Now I'm sure all those Frida fans out there are now offended and all, but don't worry.  I'm hoping that I can find some good ones of Frida this year so I can do the same!  :)

  Anyway, my collage is probably going to be as big as my other two big pictures and will also be up on my wall.  I'm probably going to start working on it on Sunday or maybe sooner.  So, please stay tuned for updates on my collage. 

  I want everyone to know that I'm not going inactive.  I love my blog so much that I wouldn't even thing of doing a thing like that!  Don't worry everybody, ABBAFan456 is still here!  ^_^

Did Agnetha really go into hiding for 30 years? + Other complaints :P

  On all the interviews, magazines, and TV interviews I've seen about Agnetha and her return, everyone says that Agnetha went into hiding for 30 years following ABBA's split.  Now that doesn't make sense.  If I understand them correctly, they are trying to say that there was no such album as "Wrap Your Arms Around Me" or "Eyes of a Woman" or "I Stand Alone" or "My Coloring Book".  That also means that Agnetha did not work with Ola Håkansson and perform "The Way You Are" and "Fly Like The Eagle" together.

  I guess that the people who say that are just trying to get attention with whatever they are doing.  The first time I saw the thing about "30 Years" was on that Australian TV special about Agnetha.  Another thing that I don't understand is that on the commercial, they were talking about a picture that was never released to the public.  When I saw that part of the TV special, it turned out that the pictures that the woman (Sorry, forgot her name) was showing pictures of Bjorn that have actually been released to the public.

  The pictures were of ABBA's first act together in 1970 as Festfolk, performing and all.  I've seen those pictures before several times and I even have them on my computer!  I even have the picture of Bjorn and Benny playing as little boys... just I forgot where I put them.

  It's obvious that the Australian TV special was just trying to get attention and all.  I've only got one thing to thank them about:  They got Agnetha to sing ABBA songs!  :)

  Two bloopers from a commercial ABBA was doing for ABBA in Poland (???).  The reason why they all an messed up is because Benny accidentally pressed the piano keys.  ^_^   And no, the thing at the beginning about Frida and movies is not a blooper. ;)

  Even though we didn't get an ABBA reunion, we at least got a polar music reunion.  ;) Micheal B. Tretow was there, Janne Shaffer (Is that how you spell it?) was there, Owe Sandstrom was there, Gorel Hanser was there, as well as Svenne and Lotta!  :)

I'm very happy that the ABBA holograms look a bit better than in ABBA World. Sadly, they aren't doing the dances that are done in the promotional clip for Mamma Mia. :(
